Thank you for shopping at Regicide Beard. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please be aware of the following shipping policies.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Partners We utilize the services of reputable shipping companies to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners may include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Regicide Beard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Regicide Beard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Lost Packages If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. We will not be responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are claimed to have not been received.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
